We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marsh Investments team. This role will be based in Toronto, Canada. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our investments leadership team. This role is an important part of the team, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations through strong calendar management, document coordination, client support, and administrative execution.

We will count on you to:

• Manage consultants’ calendars and schedule meetings, travel, and related logistics.
• Process and coordinate consultant expense reimbursements and expense reports in a timely manner.
• Support client marketing information and maintain accurate records in MS Dynamics.
• Coordinate document production using available resources and provide peer review before final distribution to ensure quality control.
• Edit and create documents in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word while ensuring all materials adhere to Marsh’s global identity and document standards.
• Adhere to best practices for expense control, including travel rates, office supplies, catering, and vendors, and contribute to accurate client/project budget management through timely entry.
• Perform clerical duties such as electronic filing, mail handling, e-mail management, photocopying, and other administrative support as needed.
• Assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks and provide back-up AA support within the business unit, collaborating with Investments & Retirement AAs in other offices.

What you need to have:

• 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Post-secondary education, along with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $54,000 to $81,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
