Senior Account Manager, Creator Marketing

Do you understand how creators, culture and platforms come together to influence audiences and shape brands? Are you energized by developing creator strategies that turn cultural insights and authentic partnerships into measurable impact?

As a Senior Account Supervisor, Creator Marketing at Zeno, you will help lead integrated creator programs for a portfolio of clients, bringing strong knowledge of the Canadian creator and talent landscape to strategy and execution. Working closely with clients, creators and cross-functional teams, you will develop strategies, oversee partnerships and manage programs that connect audience insights and cultural trends with broader brand and communications objectives.

This role is ideal for an experienced creator marketing professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership. You'll have the opportunity to manage client relationships, lead integrated workstreams, mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of Zeno's creator marketing capabilities in Canada.

About the Role:

• Creator Strategy & Program Leadership: Develop and execute creator strategies that align with client business, brand and communications objectives, overseeing programs from planning through execution, measurement and optimization.

• Creator Partnerships & Cultural Intelligence: Identify, evaluate and manage relationships with creators, agents and industry partners while staying informed on cultural trends, platform developments and emerging formats shaping the Canadian creator landscape.

• Content & Platform Strategy: Guide creator selection, content development and platform approaches across TikTok, Instagram and emerging channels, helping ensure programs are relevant, authentic and aligned with client objectives.

• Client Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, providing recommendations and helping clients navigate creator partnerships, platform trends and evolving audience behaviours.

• Integrated Communications & Performance: Partner across PR, social, paid media, experiential, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated creator programs and use performance insights to inform optimization and future recommendations.

• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Guide and mentor junior team members while contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.

• Business Growth & Practice Support: Identify opportunities to expand client programs and contribute to new business, organic growth and initiatives that strengthen Zeno's creator marketing capabilities.

• Financial & Operational Management: Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, resources and deliverables while helping ensure programs are effectively executed and aligned with client expectations.

About You:

• 6+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, public relations, integrated communications or related fields, preferably within an agency environment.

• Strong understanding of the Canadian creator ecosystem, including platforms, talent tiers, content formats, creator relationships and emerging trends.

• Experience developing and executing creator strategies that support brand, communications and business objectives.

• Experience managing creator partnerships from identification and selection through content development, amplification, measurement and optimization.

• Strong understanding of paid amplification, creator marketing measurement and performance best practices.

• Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and providing strategic recommendations on creator and social media programs.

• Experience collaborating across PR, social, paid media, experiential, creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated programs.

• Strong writing, storytelling and presentation skills, with experience presenting recommendations to clients and internal teams.

• Strong project and account management skills, including experience managing scopes, budgets, timelines and multiple workstreams.

• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.

• Collaborative and adaptable mindset with curiosity about culture, emerging platforms and evolving audience behaviours.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting creator programs for major consumer brands.

• Experience contributing to new business pitches or organic client growth.

• Experience with creator marketing platforms, social listening tools or measurement solutions.

• Experience supporting integrated creator programs across paid, earned, owned and social channels.

Pay Range: $85,000 to $100,000 CAD/yr.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA), salary posting ranges can not exceed a $50,000 CAD differential and are required for any role with a maximum salary below $200,000 CAD.
