The Bradley School is a licensed private academy educating students who present with special education needs.  These students may have learning, emotional and/or behavioral challenges and struggle to succeed in a traditional classroom setting. We are seeking a School Receptionist who possesses the natural ability to project a professional and positive image as a representative/face for The Bradley School.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Answers phone clearly, courteously and promptly
• Greets visitors and enters them into the Raptor system upon arrival
• Effectively completes administrative/secretarial duties
• Schedules conference rooms appropriately
• Coordinate ordering supplies and purchase orders
• Exhibits clear understanding regarding use of phone, copier and postage equipment
• Monitors and evaluates the facilities/grounds for potential risk

*This is position adheres to the school calendar and will work 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. During extended school year, the hours are 7:30AM-12:30 PM

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum two (2) years general office experience, including switchboard experience required
• Experience in a school, human service, or social service field preferred
