Where You’ll Make a Difference
Develop and execute category innovation strategies by translating consumer, customer, and market insights into competitive product solutions.
Identify and drive new business opportunities through a deep understanding of market trends, consumer needs, and customer requirements.
Collaborate with Consumer Insights, R&D, and cross-functional teams to create clear innovation briefs and deliver differentiated value propositions.
Lead and coordinate projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring effective execution and speed to market.
Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to align fragrance and category strategies with overall business goals and growth priorities.
Monitor project performance, proactively address technical challenges, and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
Build and maintain strong regional and global visibility of category initiatives while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in an international environment.
Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.
Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
Manage the execution of the Olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and (Olfactive) guidance to Perfumers in order to stimulate creativity.
Excellent influencing skills across levels within the organization.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
English language fluency, other language proficiency is a plus.
Willing to travel.
