As a SAP Security Consultant Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Transformation Controls & Security Integration - SAP practice, focusing on enhancing security and compliance within SAP applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement security measures, and provide guidance to help clients mitigate risks and protect sensitive data. Within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, you will be instrumental in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through optimized operational efficiency.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement security measures within SAP applications
- Providing guidance and support for compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting
- Implementing software solutions and offering training for seamless integration of business applications
- Conducting compliance audits and developing policies to enhance security and governance
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data
- Developing and maintaining compliance programs to adhere to industry regulations
- Engaging in data analytics to inform insights and recommendations for clients
- Supporting the development of corrective actions and remediation designs for compliance issues
- Building meaningful client connections and managing complex situations to deliver quality solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
- Navigating SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
- Developing compliance program implementation strategies
- Excelling in operational risk management and corrective actions
- Embracing change and learning agility in complex environments

- Experience with SAP Security Implementation

- Experience with SAP Internal Audit / Process Controls

- Experience with SAP GRC
