As a SAP PPQM Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, while addressing conflicts or issues and engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in developing skills and leveraging strengths to meet client expectations
- Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to enhance supply chain performance
- Overseeing the deployment of innovative technologies and digital tooling in supply chain management
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to achieve cost efficiency and operational excellence
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards while fostering a culture of inclusion and collaboration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
