We are looking for an experiencedย SAP FICO Consultantย with strong hands-on expertise inย SAP S/4HANA Financeย to support development, implementation, enhancement, and production support initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge acrossย SAP FI and CO, experience with end-to-end finance processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. The role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, ABAP developers, and SAP functional and technical teams.
Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure, enhance, and supportย SAP S/4HANA Financeย solutions.
- Manage SAP FI processes coveringย General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Configure and support SAP CO processes includingย Cost Centre, Profit Centre, and Internal Orders.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
- Perform configuration and enhancements based on business and project requirements.
- Work on SAP FICO integration withย MM and SDย modules.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers and SAP technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
- Prepare functional specifications and provide technical teams with clear requirements and solution details.
- Participate in testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and regression testing.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve defects during development and testing phases.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot SAP FICO incidents and business-critical issues.
- Analyse root causes of production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor and resolve finance-process and integration-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional SAP teams.
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and business-process troubleshooting where required.
- Participate in solution design discussions and recommend improvements to existing SAP Finance processes.
- Maintain functional documentation, configuration records, testing artefacts, and support documentation.
- Communicate effectively with business users, clients, project teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure SAP solutions align with business requirements, functional standards, and implementation best practices.
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
- 8+ years of SAP FICO experienceย with strong hands-on expertise inย SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong functional knowledge ofย SAP FI, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
- Strong experience withย SAP CO, particularly Cost Centre, Profit Centre, and Internal Orders.
- Proven experience in SAP FICO configuration, enhancements, testing, and production support.
- Strong understanding ofย SAP S/4HANA Finance business processesย and integration scenarios.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP Finance withย MM and SD.
- Experience working closely with ABAP developers and SAP technical/functional teams.
- Strong experience in defect analysis, incident resolution, change requests, and application support.
- Ability to independently analyse business requirements and develop appropriate SAP solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Good understanding of SAP implementation and support methodologies.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong documentation and functional specification-writing skills.
- Bachelor's degree inย Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related disciplineย is preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable workingย from the Noida office five days a week.
