Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position:

• Extensive, progressive experience in SAP technical architecture including SAP S/4HANA and BTP with a proven track record of designing complex architectures across industries such as manufacturing, retail, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals.
• 15+ years of experience in SAP delivery roles (Architect, Technical Lead, Project Manager, or equivalent), with proven end-to-end architectural design experience across hybrid SAP landscapes
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP HANA in-memory technology, and landscape planning
• Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, present confidently to C-level stakeholders, and drive consensus on complex architectural decisions
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business requirements (in business language) into system, process, and data design
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams and mentoring consultants across all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation and proposals
• Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns — including IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, OData, and SAP Integration Suite — and extensibility advisory methodologies
• Strong client relationship management skills, combining technical knowledge with business acumen to align stakeholders and deliver successful outcomes.

What type of work will I be doing?

·       Leading presales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, and client presentations at senior management and C-level

·       Identify and pilot SAP Business AI use cases to enhance client business processes

·       Advise on SAP BTP components, including application development, automation, data & analytics, integration, and AI capabilities, to extend S/4HANA in a clean core-compliant manner

• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, positioning the firm as a strategic SAP transformation partner
• Acting as a trusted advisor to our Directors and Partners

Where is this role based?

This role is based in Dublin or Cork, with a flexible working model supporting hybrid arrangements combining office presence and remote work. You will also have opportunities to work on client sites as projects require.
