As a SAP BASIS - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding client engagements within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your expertise in SAP Supply Chain and Operations to deliver impactful solutions that drive business transformation. As a Manager, you will lead teams, manage client accounts, and focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You will be accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and motivating others to deliver quality work. Your role will involve coaching, leveraging team strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM) initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Managing project resources and budgets to deliver successful outcomes
- Guiding teams in the implementation of procurement strategies and system improvements
- Utilizing data modeling and analysis to support supply chain transformation efforts
- Coordinating supply chain processes to optimize inventory management and lead time reduction
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Overseeing the deployment of warehouse management systems to improve logistics operations
- Promoting cost management and operational excellence across supply chain functions
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to drive continuous process improvement
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Leading teams in operational excellence and process improvement
