As a Salesforce Omnistudio Senior Associate, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your critical thinking will help break down complex concepts, and your understanding of the broader objectives will inform insights and recommendations. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements, reinforcing the quality of work delivered to clients.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and optimize business processes using Salesforce tools
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work in complex situations
- Utilizing Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to drive client success
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce technologies
- Implementing technology solutions that align with client strategic objectives
- Engaging in project architecture and budgeting to support successful Salesforce implementations
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform client recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
Hands-on experience with Force.com platform

• Developing omni scripts and Data Raptors
• Experience with FlexCards and Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of JSON and Vlocity integration
• Translating customer requirements into functional confgurations
• Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce
• Adapting to new technologies and methods
• Powerful RDBMS knowledge and SQL query building
