As a Salesforce Adobe Content- AEM Sites, Assets, Workfront, Genstudio- Manager, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams and managing client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guiding teams in the integration and utilization of business applications
- Developing and delivering scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud
- Encouraging innovation and embracing emerging technologies in project execution
- Building and maintaining client relationships to address business challenges
- Mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth
- Facilitating the development of training materials and resources for client education
- Coordinating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process modeling
- Excelling in project architecture and project budgeting
- Embracing emerging technologies and innovative design
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
