Job Description

【職務内容】

・薬局を中心にしたBD Rowaの販売、年間目標台数の達成

・病院・調剤薬局・医療関連企業への提案営業

・顧客ニーズや課題のヒアリングおよびソリューション提案

・新規顧客開拓および既存顧客との関係構築

・販売代理店や社内関連部門との連携による案件推進

・プレゼンテーション、デモンストレーション、見積書作成

・商談から契約締結、導入までのプロジェクト管理

・Salesforce等を活用した案件管理および売上予測管理

・業界動向、競合情報、市場ニーズの収集・分析

・学会、セミナー対応

・医療機関の経営層、薬剤部門責任者、現場スタッフなど多様なステークホルダーとの折衝

【応募資格】

・営業経験３年以上

・地道にコツコツとコミュニケーションをとり関係構築が出来る方

・基本的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、交渉力、プレゼンテーション能力
・目標達成意欲が高く、自律的に行動できる方
・普通自動車運転免許
