東京・表参道路面店にて、Polèneらしい上質な顧客体験を提供していただけるセールスアドバイザーを募集します。なお、入社時期は選考状況および事業状況により変更となる可能性があります。

主なミッション

Polèneのアンバサダーとして、お客様お一人おひとりに寄り添う卓越したカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供し、ブランドの威信向上に貢献することが使命です。セールスマネージャーのもと、売上拡大に積極的に貢献するとともに、オペレーショナルエクセレンスと店舗イメージの維持に努めます。

主な職務内容

1. カスタマーリレーションシップと販売

— 国内外のお客様を温かくお迎えし、お客様お一人おひとりのご期待に応じたパーソナルなアドバイスを提供する。

— Polèneの世界観(コレクション、レザークラフトマンシップ、最新情報)を深く理解し、情熱をもってブランドの魅力を伝える。

— 顧客リストを構築・充実させ、お客様への深い理解に基づいた長期的かつパーソナルな関係を築く。

— アフターサービスおよび修理対応を丁寧かつ的確に行う。

2. セールスパフォーマンスと成長

— 売上目標および業績指標(KPI)の達成に貢献する。

— 関連商品や追加商品のご提案を通じて、売上の最大化を図る。

— 店舗運営の改善に向けて積極的に取り組む。

3. オペレーションとビジュアルエクセレンス

— ビジュアルマーチャンダイジングの基準およびメゾンのイメージガイドラインに従い、模範的な店舗プレゼンテーションを維持する。

— 店舗オペレーションおよび棚卸業務に参加する。

— レジ業務(決済処理、免税手続き)を正確に行い、会社の運営手順を厳守する。

— ストックルームおよび販売フロアにおいて、Polèneの身だしなみと行動規範を体現する。

MAIN MISSION

As an ambassador of Polène, your mission is to contribute to the brand's prestige by offering a remarkable and personalized customer experience. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you actively participate in sales development while ensuring operational excellence and the store's image.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Relationship Excellence & Sales

— Welcome local and international clientele by offering personalized advice tailored to each client's expectations.

— Master the Polène universe (collections, leather craftsmanship, latest news) to advocate with passion.

— Create and enrich your client portfolio to build lasting relationships and offer a personalized relationship based on client knowledge.

— Manage after-sales services and repairs with rigor.

2. Commercial Performance and Development

— Contribute to achieving revenue targets and performance indicators (KPIs).

— Maximize sales through relevant complementary or additional product suggestions.

— Be proactive in improving store operations.

3. Operational and Visual Excellence

— Maintain exemplary store presentation in compliance with Visual Merchandising standards and the Maison's image guidelines.

— Participate in operations and inventories.

— Master checkout operations (payment processing, tax refunds) and scrupulously comply with the company's operational procedures.

— Embody Polène's presentation and behavior standards, both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
