Jotun Australia is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Marine & Protective Coatings team in Brisbane.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive growth by managing key accounts and identifying new business opportunities

• Create tailored customer plans that align with client needs and project goals

• Oversee project progress, resolving technical and commercial issues to ensure success

• Promote our cutting-edge coatings through site visits, presentations, and follow-ups

• Ensure timely payments and manage outstanding balances with professionalism

• Respond to technical and sales inquiries, and introduce new products to the market

• Use Jotun’s tools and best practices to hit your sales targets

• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win new and repeat business

• Build strong, long-term relationships that boost sales, margins, and market share

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year of B2B or field sales experience (more is always welcome!)

• Knowledge of the local Australian industrial or marine market

• Experience in coatings or related industries is a big plus

• A proactive, self-motivated mindset and willingness to travel

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Tertiary qualifications are a bonus

• Full Australian working rights and current residence
