Dans cette fonction opérationnelle liée à la sécurité, vous apportez en temps réel votre expertise au collectif de l’OCC afin de contribuer à une production ferroviaire sûre et de qualité. Vous assurez notamment la coordination avec les gestionnaires d’infrastructure et partenaires en Belgique, en Allemagne et aux Pays-Bas.

Vos responsabilités 

• Assurer l’interface opérationnelle avec DB Netz et Infrabel pour le trafic Eurostar en Allemagne ainsi qu’à Bruxelles et Forest
• Commander et adapter les sillons et communiquer les modifications du plan de transport
• Recueillir les informations relatives à la disponibilité du réseau et anticiper les situations perturbées
• Évaluer les conséquences opérationnelles des décisions prises par les gestionnaires d’infrastructure
• Assurer la coordination avec NS International concernant la circulation des trains aux Pays-Bas
• Appliquer les procédures de gestion des anomalies afin de garantir la sécurité et la continuité de l’exploitation
• Documenter les retards et événements opérationnels et assurer une transmission complète des informations entre les shifts
• Communiquer les informations pertinentes au Duty Shift Leader et aux autres fonctions présentes au sein de l’OCC

Je coördineert de operationele activiteiten met infrastructuurbeheerders en partners in België, Duitsland en Nederland.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden 

• Optreden als operationele schakel met DB Netz en Infrabel voor het Eurostar-verkeer in Duitsland en in de regio Brussel en Vorst

• Rijpaden aanvragen en aanpassen en wijzigingen aan het vervoersplan communiceren
• Informatie verzamelen over de beschikbaarheid van het netwerk en anticiperen op verstoorde situaties
• De operationele gevolgen beoordelen van beslissingen van de infrastructuurbeheerders
• De coördinatie met NS International verzorgen voor het treinverkeer in Nederland
• Procedures voor het beheer van afwijkingen en incidenten toepassen om de veiligheid en continuïteit van de spoorwegexploitatie te ondersteunen
• Vertragingen en operationele gebeurtenissen registreren en zorgen voor een volledige overdracht tussen de shifts
• Relevante informatie doorgeven aan de Duty Shift Leader en de andere collega’s binnen het OCC

In this safety-related operational role, you will provide real-time expertise to the OCC team and help ensure safe and high-quality rail operations. You will coordinate operational activities with infrastructure managers and partners in Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities 

• Act as the operational interface with DB Netz and Infrabel for Eurostar traffic in Germany and in the Brussels and Forest areas
• Request and adjust train paths and communicate changes to the transport plan
• Obtain information about network availability and anticipate disrupted situations
• Assess the operational impact of decisions taken by infrastructure managers
• Coordinate with NS International regarding train operations in the Netherlands
• Apply disruption and incident management procedures to support the safety and continuity of rail operations
• Record delays and operational events and ensure a complete handover between shifts
• Communicate relevant information to the Duty Shift Leader and other OCC colleagues

Requirements

• Vous disposez d’un diplôme de niveau EQF 5
• Vous avez au moins cinq ans d’expérience dans une fonction d’exploitation, par exemple dans le secteur ferroviaire, aéroportuaire ou des transports
• La connaissance de l’exploitation ferroviaire sur les réseaux belge, allemand ou néerlandais constitue un atout
• Vous êtes capable d’analyser rapidement une situation opérationnelle, d’établir des priorités et de communiquer des informations précises
• Vous travaillez avec rigueur et gardez votre calme dans les situations perturbées 

Exigences linguistiques

La maîtrise de l’allemand est indispensable pour cette fonction. Vous devez être capable de communiquer directement avec DB Netz concernant les modifications du plan de transport et les conditions de circulation.

•  Allemand : niveau B1 minimum obligatoire
• Français : niveau C1 minimum
• Néerlandais : niveau B1 minimum
• Vous devez également pouvoir communiquer des informations opérationnelles en anglais lorsque la situation l’exige

Nederlands

• Je beschikt over een diploma op EQF-niveau 5
• Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring in een operationele functie, bijvoorbeeld in de spoorwegsector, luchtvaart of transport
• Kennis van spoorwegexploitatie op het Belgische, Duitse of Nederlandse netwerk is een pluspunt
• Je kunt operationele situaties snel analyseren, prioriteiten bepalen en nauwkeurige informatie communiceren
• Je werkt nauwgezet en blijft rustig in verstoorde situaties

Taalvereisten

Een goede kennis van het Duits is essentieel voor deze functie. Je moet rechtstreeks met DB Netz kunnen communiceren over wijzigingen aan het vervoersplan en de omstandigheden op het netwerk. 

• Duits: minimaal niveau B1, verplicht
• Frans: minimaal niveau C1
• Nederlands: minimaal niveau B1
• Je moet eveneens operationele informatie in het Engels kunnen communiceren wanneer de situatie dit vereist

• You hold a qualification at EQF level 5
• You have at least five years of experience in an operational role, for example in rail, aviation or transport
• Knowledge of rail operations on the Belgian, German or Dutch network is an advantage
• You can quickly analyse operational situations, set priorities and communicate accurate information
• You work rigorously and remain composed during disrupted situations

Language requirements

 German language proficiency is essential for this position. You must be able to communicate directly with DB Netz about changes to the transport plan and network operating conditions. 

• German: minimum B1 level, mandatory
• French: minimum C1 level
• Dutch: minimum B1 level
• You must also be able to communicate operational information in English when required
