The role demands continuous engagement with evolving AI ethics frameworks and ensuring that AI initiatives contribute positively and responsibly to business objectives and community impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to integrate ethical guidelines into AI development processes.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote responsible AI practices.
- Monitor and evaluate AI systems to ensure ongoing compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge on responsible AI methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- Experience with cloud-based AI service deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to design scalable and responsible AI solutions within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration tools and practices to support team integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
