Med/Surg Schedule Details/Additional Information

·        Experience:  2 years Med/surg RN Experience

·        Schedule: Self-Scheduled; day-to-day floating or 6-week float assignments

·        Certifications Needed: BLS, ACLS

·        0.9 FTE; Full-Time

·        Shift:  Nights 1900-0730 (12-hour Shifts)

·        Support Sites:  Zone 2:  St. Luke's, South Shore, Washington County, Grafton, West Allis Sinai; OR

·        Support Sites:  Zone 3:  St. Luke's, South Shore, Mount Pleasant, Summit, Kenosha, Lakeland, Burlington

Where You Will Work:

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is a multi‑site resource team supporting Medical Surgical (Med Surg) care across the Wisconsin division. Float RNs provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units based on organizational need. Teammates must be flexible, skilled, and ready to deliver exceptional care in a wide variety of settings.

We’re Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; and ACLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical RN experience required
