Our client is a resident-focused housing company that manages manufactured home communities designed to provide stable, professionally maintained residential environments. The organization is expanding its leasing and resident services capabilities as its property portfolio grows.
The company is looking for a Resident Experience & Leasing Manager to strengthen occupancy, resident communication, and the overall leasing experience across several communities.
This position combines leasing leadership with resident service improvement. The successful candidate will help create a consistent experience from the first inquiry through move-in and ongoing residency, while supporting community teams with leasing practices and resident engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop consistent leasing practices across assigned manufactured housing communities.
- Monitor inquiries, applications, occupancy, move-ins, renewals, and resident retention trends.
- Support community teams in responding effectively to prospective resident inquiries.
- Review leasing activity and identify opportunities to improve conversion and occupancy.
- Establish standards for resident communication throughout the leasing and move-in process.
- Assist community managers with complex resident service matters when additional support is required.
- Coordinate resident feedback initiatives and identify recurring service concerns.
- Develop practical leasing resources, templates, and communication materials for property teams.
- Work with marketing partners to ensure available homes and community opportunities are presented accurately.
- Track leasing and resident experience metrics and provide regular performance updates to leadership.
Additional Details
- Periodic travel between communities is required.
- Occasional weekend availability may be necessary for leasing events or community activities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of leasing, residential property management, customer experience, or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to improve customer or resident service processes.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Experience working with leasing, CRM, property management, or customer-management systems.
- Ability to review performance data and identify practical opportunities for improvement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively with both residents and property operations teams.
Preferred - Experience with manufactured housing, multifamily housing, residential leasing, or community management.
- Experience supporting multiple properties or locations.
- Familiarity with occupancy, renewal, and leasing conversion metrics.
