About the Client

A family-owned B2B company serving luxury hospitality and commercial clients is looking for a Google Ads Specialist to own B2B lead generation and bring paid search in-house from an external agency.

The business operates globally with a distributed team and a hands-on, informal culture. Its current agency provides limited weekly support, so leadership is building an in-house function that works directly with the sales team on campaign direction and growth.

About the Role

The Google Ads Specialist owns the full Google Ads account for high-ticket B2B lead generation, from keyword research and bidding to reporting. The role joins internal sales calls and strategy sessions, some of which fall outside standard hours, to find new keywords, audiences, and verticals. Success in the first 90 days means a clear understanding of the sales cycle and measurable reductions in Cost Per Lead and Customer Acquisition Cost.

Core Responsibilities

Google Ads Campaign Management

• Manage Google Ads accounts end to end for B2B lead generation campaigns
• Optimize bidding, campaign structure, and ad copy to lower Cost Per Lead and Customer Acquisition Cost
• Expand keyword research into luxury hospitality and commercial markets
• Coordinate landing page updates with the team to improve conversion rates

Sales Integration & Opportunity Identification

• Join internal sales calls and strategy sessions to learn customer needs and buying cycles
• Identify and test new keywords, audience segments, and vertical opportunities based on sales input
• Translate sales feedback into campaign changes and new channel proposals

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report campaign performance against lead volume and cost targets
• Share data-backed recommendations with leadership on a regular cadence
• Run structured tests and document results to drive continuous improvement

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Plan and track deliverables in Monday.com or a similar project management tool
• Update the decision-maker and HR contact on priorities, progress, and blockers across time zones

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads management, including 2+ years in B2B lead generation (not e-commerce or B2C)
• End-to-end campaign ownership: keyword research, bidding strategy, ad copy, budget management, and performance reporting
• Documented Cost Per Lead and Customer Acquisition Cost reductions on CV, with specific percentages or figures
• Experience running campaigns targeting commercial or enterprise buyers with consultative or high-ticket sales cycles
• Direct work with a sales team, such as using lead quality or MQL/SQL feedback to adjust keywords and audiences
• Hands-on use of a project management tool (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp)
• English at C1+ CEFR level (client-facing fluency required)

Nice-to-Have

• Prior exposure to luxury goods, hospitality, or high-end commercial products
• Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio reporting experience
• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) for tracking lead quality
• Experience moving Google Ads management from an external agency to in-house
