As a global leader in laboratory automation and life sciences technology, we are looking for a Regional Service Manager Europe (m/f/d) to lead our service operations across Europe and the UK, while collaborating closely with global teams.

Your Impact.

As Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and operational excellence across the region. You will lead service activities, support business growth, and act as the key escalation point for customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

What you will do.

• Lead service operations across Europe & the UK, including installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical support
• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure achievement of service performance targets
• Manage customer escalations and complex technical issues
• Oversee service contracts, renewals, quotations, and commercial service activities
• Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage regional spare parts inventory and service logistics
• Support and develop distributors, contractors, and service partners
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and service teams
• Collaborate with global teams across EMEA, Americas, and APAC
• Support product launches, customer events, and industry trade shows

What you will bring.

• Proven leadership experience in Field Service, Technical Service, or Customer Support
• Strong background in installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer escalations
• Experience leading remote and cross-functional teams
• Excellent customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset with experience managing service agreements
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
• Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a plus
