What Your Role Looks Like:

• Grow business through proactive networking, client visits, and face-to-face engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with HR professionals across private sector, SME, and manufacturing markets.
• Attend, contribute to, and host HR networking events to increase your market presence.
• Source, qualify, and place HR professionals into permanent roles.
• Market standout candidates and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.

• Experience in recruitment (professional services ideal) or strong B2B sales background with stakeholder management.
• Credibility and confidence when engaging with HR Managers, Heads of People, and decision-makers.
• Natural networker with strong business development skills.
• Commercially aware, organised, target-driven, and motivated by building a profitable desk.
