● Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates

● Partner directly with founders, CXOs & hiring managers

● Source top talent through LinkedIn, networking & creative sourcing strategies

● Screen, evaluate & build strong candidate pipelines

● Ensure smooth candidate experience from first call to offer closure

● Work on mid-to-senior level roles across growth, marketing, ecommerce, ops & more

Requirements

Who You Are:

● 0–1 years of experience in recruitment

● Graduate

● Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

● Ability to understand business needs, not just job descriptions

● Hustle mindset with structured execution

● Someone who enjoys closing mandates & building long-term client trust

● Must have a personal laptop & stable WiFi connection
