工作內容：
參與領先業界、具指標性的多元創新專案，包括AI應用、智能核保、客戶體驗優化等，自主規劃與執行創新專案，從法規解讀、效益評估到流程設計，跨部門協作推動專案上線。
運用數據撈取及分析能力，洞察客戶滿意度、核保效率與風險管理，成為公司決策及流程優化的重要夥伴。
親自參與行動投保流程優化，結合業務實際需求與系統整合，提升客戶及業務員使用體驗，並有效降低照會率。
依部門業務發展需要，參與及執行其他與新契約、核保作業、法遵規範、流程優化及數位轉型相關之專案工作。
工作條件：
保險業新契約作業經驗7年以上，或新契約規劃相關經驗5年以上。
具獨立專案執行及專案管理經驗，熟悉法規檢視、需求分析及效益評估流程。
熟練數據分析工具(例如：Excel、SQL、Power BI等)，能快速處理複雜及臨時性資料需求。
具流程優化、系統規劃及跨系統整合能力，能主動推動數位化改善方案。
具良好溝通協調能力及跨部門合作經驗，能整合不同單位意見並推動執行。
個性穩定成熟，能適應不同工作環境及業務變動，面對不確定性及臨時專案仍能保持彈性與執行力。
開放心態，勇於接受挑戰，樂於學習新事物，重視團隊合作與共同成長。
熱愛探索新科技、新工具或創新思維，對AI應用及數位轉型具高度興趣。
具人員管理或團隊帶領經驗者尤佳。
