In these roles, you will lead project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and overall commercial performance, playing a critical part in the successful delivery of high-visibility work tied to long-term infrastructure investment.

The ideal candidate offers deep experience managing projects across the full lifecycle, from initial planning and design through execution and closeout. • Coordinate with profit center and department managers to define qualifications and staffing requirements for key project roles.
  • Partner with office facilities staff to address project space and operational needs.
  • Work closely with managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and execution plans.
  • Identify potential cost overruns, schedule delays, or scope changes and collaborate with project stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management on progress, milestones, risks, and issues that may impact cost or schedule.
  • May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and attend public meetings in support of client initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical or business field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant engineering management experience, preferably on large-scale programs.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex infrastructure projects through all phases of delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
