About The Job:
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end IT implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet client needs and business objectives.
- Oversee system integrations and delivery of technology-driven solutions across various business areas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company and banking regulations such as AML requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and adoption of best practices.
- Prepare regular updates and status reports for senior management and project stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within project teams.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering IT projects in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experience managing banking software projects is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Exposure to areas such as loan management, CRM, or digital banking will be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Azure DevOps.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with international teams and manage flexible working hours to accommodate global meetings.
