ポジション概要
BDのMedication Management Solutions（MMS）事業部において、病院への最先端の医療機器・自動化システム導入プロジェクトを、企画から稼働開始まで支えるポジションです。
病院向け医療機器、自動化システム、臨床ITソリューションの導入プロジェクトを担当いただきます。営業・マーケティングチームと連携しながら、複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理・推進するとともに、日本国内の関係部署とドイツ本社のプロジェクトチームをつなぐ重要な役割を担います。
プロジェクトが計画通りに進行するよう、進捗管理やレポーティング、各種調整業務を行い、プロジェクトの成功を支えていただきます。
業務内容
- プロジェクト進捗状況の管理
- プロジェクトのスケジュールの調整
- 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・調整
- プロジェクトドキュメントの管理・更新
- プロジェクトがスケジュール・予算・品質基準に沿って進むための支援
- 社内チームと連携した在庫管理および発注計画
- 社内承認プロセスの管理・対応
- 見積書作成および手配
- 図面手配および必要に応じた作図対応
求める経験
- プロジェクトマネジメントまたはプロジェクトコーディネーションの経験
- 医療機器・設備機器等の導入プロジェクトに携わった経験
- 営業サポート、オペレーションサポート、または顧客対応業務の経験
- エンジニアリングまたは技術サポートの経験
- 在庫管理、発注計画、物流管理などサプライチェーン関連業務の経験
- 複数部門や海外チームと連携しながら業務を推進した経験
- 医療機器、ヘルスケア、IT、設備導入プロジェクトの経験
- 営業サポート、オペレーションサポート、顧客対応業務の経験
- エンジニアリングまたは技術サポートの経験
- 在庫管理、発注計画、物流管理などサプライチェーン関連業務の経験
- 海外チームや複数部門と連携しながら業務を推進した経験
- 見積書、図面等の手配、作成経験
