GENERAL SUMMARY

Manage Program(s) in accordance with Regulatory and/or Industry requirements to assure that plant equipment and processes are fully capable of performing intended functions. Assure compliance with regulatory commitments, if applicable. The Program Coordinator also addresses emerging industry and/or regulatory issues pertaining to assigned program(s).

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

The major functions of the Program Coordinator are:

  • Managing - Manages complex Program aspects for short and long term health of plant components and/or processes.

  • Planning – Establishes an implementation plan for the Program and obtains approval from impacted groups to signify support for the plan

  • Scheduling - Assures Program schedules are developed and maintained. Assures proper progress and focus through frequent interface with functional groups charged with executing the Program.

  • Certain Program tasks involve highly complex problem solving techniques and require advanced application of practices and methodologies. Program Coordinator will provide leadership of small groups to resolve these complex issues. Available guidance generally does not normally exist to fit problems encountered and advanced technological skills are required to provide solutions. Works with minimal supervision.

  • Provide technical direction and leadership routinely to other engineers involved with the program; serve as a mentor. Provide training to others.

  • Participate in industry working groups and other discipline related activities.

  • Identify potential problems in design, quality, or operation and initiate corrective action in accordance with plant CR process.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
 

Program Manager - Technical Services III
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university and eight years of maintenance and/or engineering program coordination experience within an industrial facility;
 

OR a high school diploma or GED and twelve years of maintenance and/or engineering experience, of which eight must be in program coordination within an industrial facility.

Program Manager - Technical Services II

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university and five years of maintenance and/or engineering experience in program coordination within an industrial facility;

OR a high school diploma or GED and nine years of maintenance and/or engineering experience, of which five years must be in program coordination within an industrial facility.

Program Manager - Technical Services I

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university and three years of maintenance and/or engineering experience in program coordination within an industrial facility;

OR a high school diploma or GED and seven years of maintenance and/or engineering experience, of which three years must be in program coordination within an industrial facility.

PAY RANGE

Program Manager - Technical Services III Salary: $126,362 - $157,952

Program Manager - Technical Services II Salary: $109,870 - $137,338

Program Manager - Technical Services I Salary: $95,532 - $119,415


The salary listed represents the pay range for this position. Starting pay is calculated from the minimum of the salary range and actual individual placement within the range is determined based on the candidate's experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the role. The level and final offer will also take into account the candidate's overall qualifications.


INCENTIVE COMPENSATION


This position is eligible for an annual at-risk compensation (ARC) incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on agency performance against defined metrics and goals which follow eligibility rules within the ARC plan document.
