Job Description Summary:

The Program Manager provides operational management and coordination for the Kansas Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) Program, a federally funded interdisciplinary training and workforce development program serving individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families. Kansas LEND spans interdisciplinary training, workforce development, clinical and community initiatives, professional development and technical assistance, program evaluation, and statewide partnerships.

The Program Manager works closely with staff responsible for specialized training, evaluation, data, and program activities. The position provides program-level coordination and oversight across these functions while establishing efficient systems, clear roles and responsibilities, and effective communication and accountability.

Depending on assigned effort and funding, the Program Manager may also support related programs and initiatives focused on child health, developmental disabilities, community engagement, and community-based research.
