Your next career opportunity 
You will lead governance and portfolio enablement across the Chief People Officer portfolio, using cutting-edge digital tools. You will design systems, workflows and artefacts that improve visibility, coordination and decision-making for senior leaders. You will gain broad exposure across the University, partnering with stakeholders to uplift governance maturity and performance.  

What you will deliver: 

  • Design and embed governance and portfolio management practices, standards and workflows across the Chief People Officer portfolio. 

  • Configure and manage digital platforms, including Asana and workflow tools, to enable consistent planning, reporting and prioritisation. 

  • Produce high-quality governance artefacts, reports, briefings and communications that translate complex inputs into clear executive documentation. 

  • Develop and refine technology-enabled workflows, automations and task management to streamline coordination and improve data quality. 

  • Provide authoritative governance advice to senior leaders, managing risks, dependencies and timelines across complex portfolio initiatives. 

You may be a great fit if you: 

  • Hold a postgraduate qualification in human resources, law, risk management or similar, or equivalent experience and training. 

  • Demonstrate expertise in drafting and editing complex governance artefacts, reports and briefings for executive and operational audiences. 

  • Translate complex technical and operational information into structured, practical documentation within governance and compliance contexts. 

  • Apply advanced capability with project management and workflow tools, such as Asana and Microsoft Copilot, to optimise delivery. 

  • Design and improve governance processes across multiple concurrent initiatives, maintaining alignment and consistent frameworks and reporting. 

  • Collaborate confidently across complex organisations, partnering with senior leaders and experts to deliver integrated governance outcomes.
