Your next career opportunity 
In this role, you will deliver responsive academic adjustment and wellbeing support for Melbourne Law School students.
You will coordinate exams, extensions and health promotion activities, partnering with academics and University services to enhance outcomes.

What you will deliver: 

  • Provide confidential consultations to students on special consideration, adjustments and referrals to internal and external support services.
  • Liaise with University Services, lecturers and ASO colleagues to implement equitable arrangements for students with special requirements.
  • Coordinate administrative processes for special, alternative and supplementary exams, extensions, timetables and assessment-related enquiries.
  • Lead development and continuous improvement of Teaching and Learning web content on wellbeing, mental health and resources.
  • Plan and support wellbeing and health promotion events, including Orientation, Wellness Week and major school activities.

You may be a great fit if you: 

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification complemented by experience in student support, academic administration or related services.
  • Provide informed advice on academic adjustments, special consideration and outcomes within complex policy and regulatory frameworks.
  • Interpret and apply government legislation, University statutes, policies and procedures with accuracy and sound judgement.
  • Manage competing priorities and deadlines with strong organisational skills and attention to administrative detail.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, building productive relationships with students, academics and professional staff.
  • Use advanced computer skills across Microsoft Office, email and student management systems to streamline workflows and reporting.
