The role

  • Manage production equipment, fixtures, and related investment projects.

  • Monitor and improve operational performance, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and Direct Labor Productivity.

At Husqvarna Construction we strive to have a work environment that is inclusive and diverse, where we believe that our differences are our strengths. Our winning culture is important to us, which is why we go by the beliefs: We are Bold, We are Dedicated and We Care.

Your Profile

You are a Production Engineer who enjoys working close to operations and turning ideas into practical improvements. You thrive in a manufacturing environment and have a genuine interest in optimizing processes, solving problems, and creating sustainable results.

With experience from production and assembly environments, you understand how efficient workflows are created through well-balanced production lines, smart workplace design, and effective material flows.

You are familiar with production equipment, tooling, and industrial improvement methods, and enjoy collaborating across functions to achieve common goals.

Experience with PFMEA, DFA, CE certification, and ESD requirements is considered an advantage.

As this role involves a high degree of ownership and independent decision-making, you are self-driven, structured, and proactive. You take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and have the confidence to move projects and activities forward while working both independently and as part of the wider management team.

We believe you have:

  • A university degree in Engineering or a related field.

  • Experience from a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
