What this role is all about

As a Product Solution Engineer for Email, you will be a trusted technical advisor for Infobip’s most strategic and complex customer opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Regional Solution Engineering, and Customer Services teams to understand customer objectives, shape the right Email solution, and demonstrate how Infobip can help them achieve measurable business outcomes.

Your focus will be on supporting customers early in their decision-making process through technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, scoping, and validation. You will translate complex Email capabilities into clear, relevant solutions that address customer needs and support sustainable growth.

As an HQ-based global expert, you will also play a key role in scaling knowledge across Infobip. You will turn expertise gained from strategic customer engagements, product development, and industry trends into practical methodologies, enablement materials, and best practices that can be adopted by teams worldwide.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Sales and regional teams on strategic new-business and expansion opportunities, especially for high-volume or technically complex customers.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities for the most strategic global customers.
• Translate customer requirements and Email capabilities into clear solution proposals, implementation plans, business cases, and success criteria.
• Support beta projects and early-release implementations, working with Product Development to capture customer feedback and prepare global teams for product changes.
• Create and maintain scalable Email playbooks, implementation guides, scoping practices, troubleshooting materials, and other enablement content for teams across all regions.
• Lead the global Email Community of Practice and support training, knowledge sharing, and consistent adoption of HQ standards across Regional Solution Engineering, Product Education, and Customer Services.
• Improve the transition from solution design to implementation by ensuring that customer commitments, technical requirements, risks, and dependencies are clearly documented.
• Share insights from strategic customer engagements with Product Development and regional teams to improve the product, sales approach, and global delivery model.

What makes you a strong fit

• Demonstrated experience as a technical subject matter expert in Email, email infrastructure, deliverability, CPaaS, ESP, or a related communications technology.
• Experience supporting strategic or enterprise customers through technical consulting, solution design, presales, implementation, or technical account management.
• Strong understanding of Email concepts such as SMTP and API integrations, DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP and domain reputation, deliverability, bounce management, and sending infrastructure.
• Able to turn complex technical knowledge into practical solutions, clear documentation, and repeatable methods that teams around the world can apply.
• Comfortable leading technical conversations with both business and technical stakeholders, including customer workshops, demonstrations, and solution reviews.
• Experienced in collaborating with Sales, Product Development, Product Management, Solution Engineering, and Customer Services across multiple regions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to scale knowledge through training, communities of practice, and global enablement.
• Motivated to stay current with Email technology, deliverability practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, and to use that knowledge to strengthen Infobip’s global capabilities.
