We're looking for a Senior Product Lead to drive the development of key products and services within our Operations Product Team. Reporting to the Head of Product and Engineering, you'll set the product vision, lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, and work across functions to deliver a strategic roadmap that creates real value for our customers and the business.This role supports all systems and platforms that are not directly customer facing covering In-store Operations, Last Mile Logistics, Payments, Merchandising and Customer Services.
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
Previous experience as a Senior Product Leader in eCommerce or a similar industry.
A proven track record of developing and executing product roadmaps.
Experience managing Product Owners and leading product teams.
A strong background in measuring product performance and defining key success metrics.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and product management principles.
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking, with strong problem-solving skills.
Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
Competencies
Proven experience leading Product teams within eCommerce, Retail or Digital businesses.
Strong track record of developing and delivering successful product roadmaps.
Experience managing Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial, analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Deep understanding of Agile product development methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and mentor a team of product owners, building a high-performing and engaged team culture.
Define, communicate and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Champion data-driven decision-making, using customer and user insights, market research and product KPIs to guide direction.
Oversee quarterly roadmap execution and ensure alignment with OKRs and cross-functional delivery strategies.
Driving operational process and platform efficiency improvements.
Working closely with engineering on scalability, stability and feature innovation.
Continuously refine best practices in product development and delivery.
Drive delivery by cultivating a high-performance culture across Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, ensuring the timely and agile completion of strategic projects and features.
Maintain proactive, transparent communication with internal and external stake holders.
Monitor product and business performance and ensure KPI’s are met.
