Team & Role
We are seeking a data-driven Product Owner to join our agile scrum team building innovative fintech products. You will leverage your expertise with financial data to inform product direction and specifications for our Enterprise Data Management team.

AI is reshaping software development and bringing product, design and engineering roles closer together. In this role, you will create product designs, use AI coding tools to build and test working prototypes, and contribute actively to technical discussions with engineers.

What We Are Looking For

• You will be developing the team’s product roadmap and prioritise the product backlog, accounting for company-level strategic objectives and internal/external stakeholder requests
• You will be translating complex financial data needs into intuitive user experiences, creating designs and interactive prototypes in collaboration with designers and engineers
• You will be using AI coding tools to build functional prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs), testing ideas with users and iterating to validate product-market fit
• You will be tracking product adoption, usage, and key business metrics, while owning the KPIs used to monitor the team’s outcomes
• You will be shaping enterprise data architecture and data flows around client needs, defining requirements for how financial data is organised, integrated and made available across systems in collaboration with engineers
• You will be building detailed requirements for enterprise data management workflows and capabilities
• You will be contributing to technical discussions with engineers, assessing feasibility and refining prototypes to inform implementation decisions
• You will be coordinating and communicating internally on priorities across client, implementation, engineering, marketing, and sales teams

Your Skills & Expertise

• You have 3+ years of experience as a fintech Product Owner working with complex financial datasets
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Quantitative Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  You have prior experience working with financial data and applying data analysis or data science tools to solve financial challenges, particularly within market finance/investment management.
• You have advanced technical knowledge of database architecture; knowledge of SQL is preferable
• You demonstrate interest in AI and a general understanding of AI tools and architectures, through personal experimentation, professional experience or learning such as courses and certifications, with a willingness to apply AI to product design and prototyping.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor is an advantage, but is not a requirement
• You have excellent verbal & written communication skills and you are able to convey detailed specifications and refine product priorities
• You have prior experience interacting and engaging with cross-functional stakeholder groups
• You are fluent in English and you are based in London, UK
