This is a high profile role to lead a core area of our global commercial strategy and as such would need to work collaboratively with  colleagues on the Executive leadership team and the senior management team around the world.

Requirements

The Role:

You will bridge the gap between our core product and the broader technology ecosystem, ensuring our solutions are seamlessly integrated into the platforms our customers use every day (e.g., CRMs, ERPs, e-commerce platforms) and that our partners are empowered to drive mutual growth. You will call on your experience to  analyse our ICPs, prioritise integrations and maximise commercial success via robust GTM plans.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis of the partner ecosystem landscape to identify new integration opportunities and trends.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Track, measure, and report on the ROI of partner marketing initiatives and integration adoption, using insights to continuously optimise performance.

The Person:

  • Experience in product marketing (or similar) working with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) or relevant commercial partners. Experience of working in a global role or with teams based internationally is essential.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of various messaging channels (SMS, RCS, WhatsApp Business API, Email, Push Notifications) and their respective APIs, protocols, and use cases highly desirable.
