Department Overview
This department is responsible for B2B marketing at Rakuten Mobile.
We strategically promote not only mobile network services but also our own proprietary products on a daily basis.
To embody one of our "Success Concepts," "Maximizing Customer Satisfaction," we always approach our work from the customer's perspective.
We conduct marketing activities through various channels, including digital marketing, events, social media, and owned media. We support your growth as a marketer through your daily work.

Position Details
As a product marketing lead for one or more products, you will formulate marketing strategies, including mid-to-long-term plans, and drive the growth of our products. (For certain products, you will work in a team structure and be expected to demonstrate leadership.) In addition, you will be responsible for planning and executing measures such as events. You will also primarily handle operations such as listing advertisements. By being part of Rakuten Mobile, you can experience the end-to-end process of B2B marketing while growing alongside the company.

Work Environment
35 members (15 in Marketing, 20 in Planning/Organization)

Mandatory Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of professional experience

- Experience in B2B marketing

- Experience in SEM marketing (SEM, SEO, EFO, LPO)

- Experience using SFA or MA tools

- Communication skills (negotiation and coordination with internal and external parties)

- Sociability

- TOEIC score of 600 or higher

Desired Qualifications:

- Leadership/Project management skills

- Experience in planning sales strategies

- Experience in data analysis and analytical tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.)

- Marketing experience in the IT/telecommunications industry

- Business-level English proficiency (English communication may be required depending on the assigned service)
