Infobip · Hybrid · Zagreb (Croatia)

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

Today, customer expectations evolve faster than ever. People want seamless, intuitive, personalized experiences across every touchpoint. The future belongs to AI-powered, user‑friendly platforms that simplify interactions, not just for businesses, but for the people they serve. Infobip’s Portal sits at the heart of this transformation.

If you’re passionate about building products that real people love to use, improving everyday digital experiences and redefining what effortless user experience looks like, this role is for you.

Why this role matters

Behind every great experience is a great product. To continue writing our success story, we must build products that feel simple, helpful, and empowering. Even when the technology behind them is incredibly complex.

As the Product Manager for Infobip’s Growth Base, you will shape how users interact with our products daily. You'll design intuitive journeys and remove friction. Your role is to ensure our Portal is not only functional and stable but also converts trial users to fully onboarded customers and partners. You will bring together customer-facing teams, engineers, designers, and data insights into a single user‑centric product vision.

What you’ll do

  • Deeply understand user behavior, needs, and pain points through data, research, and feedback loops.

  • Define a clear product vision and roadmap focused on intuitive, positive customer experiences.

  • Advocate for the end user across the organization and ensure their needs are represented in every decision.

  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering to create simple, elegant interfaces and user flows.

  • Build features that empower users to onboard on their own, solve problems quickly, and get value with minimal effort.

  • Leverage behavioral data and UX research to refine and optimize the key user journeys, including the service journey.

  • Translate customer insights into product requirements and experience improvements.

  • Partner with marketing, customer success and support to launch features that improve user satisfaction and adoption.

  • Build scalable experiences powered by AI, automation, and personalization to make support effortless.

  • Foster a product culture that values experimentation, user empathy, and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to strengthening Infobip’s product excellence.

What makes you a strong fit

  • You think like a consumer: you’re obsessed with intuitive design, ease of use, and understanding what people truly need.

  • You have experience building products used by large consumer bases or B2B products with a strong product-led growth strategy.

  • You can balance strategy with hands on execution and aren’t afraid to dive deep.

  • You understand behavioral user metrics like activation, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

  • You bring experience with full product lifecycle management, from discovery to delivery.

  • You have strong stakeholder management skills.

  • You’re familiar with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS and know how to work with engineering team.

  • You understand technical concepts and how to apply them to drive innovation (e.g. integrations, APIs).

  • You communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.

  • You’re analytical, curious, collaborative, and take full ownership of outcomes.

  • You’re fluent in English, written and spoken.

Why you'll love it here

  • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact.
  • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5.
  • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options.
  • Work-life balance and Well-being  - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations.
  • Career mobility - Your career is a journey. With internal mobility, upskilling, and mentorship, we help you shape your path.
  • Professional development - Learning never stops. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow - no matter where you start.
  • International mobility - Ready to take your career global? Explore short and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide.

While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
