Your Role at Reputation:

We are looking for a Product Manager to support our core Reputation Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess a drive and passion for enabling high quality customer experiences.

How You’ll Shape the Experience:

• Articulate business requirements for supported product

• Conduct market research supported by on-going engagements with customers and non-customers

• The ideal candidate will be able to provide actionable guidance to Engineering with clear prioritization of development efforts, based on solving customer pain points and well defined success metrics

• Work closely with cross functional teams such as designers and developers, providing thorough reviews and necessary guidance to iterate over solution designs

• Create and present developer-facing work products (e.g. taxonomies, navigation, page flows)

• Evangelize the product vision with effective and powerful communication

• Create and present high-quality customer-facing deliverables (user stories, designs)

• Focus on data driven decision making 

• Additional duties as assigned

The Skills That Set You Apart:

• 5+ years years in product management with a track record for launching successful enterprise SaaS products, and managing them over multiple releases

• BS/BA in business or technical field

• Highly articulate with outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Where You’ll Connect & Collaborate:

• Your main HQ is our Hyderabad, Telangana office, but we know great work can happen anywhere. You’ll have the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, joining us in person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (subject to change) and working from home the rest of the week.

Leaves

• Company Holidays: 10 paid holidays per year (see annual Holiday Calendar)

• Casual/Sick Leave: 12 days per year (pro-rated)

• Earned Leave: 2 days per month (pro-rated)

• Extended Company Holidays: 4 additional paid days off

• Maternity Leave: 6 months

• Paternity Leave: 10 working days

• Bereavement Leave: 10 working days
