Mastercard’s Business Intelligence and Insights solutions help customers turn data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions and measurable outcomes. As a Product Manager, you will support the development, delivery, and growth of innovative analytics and insight-driven products. Working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Data Science, Commercialization, and Client Services, you will help identify customer needs, define product capabilities, and bring new solutions and enhancements to market. This role sits within Mastercard’s Services organization and contributes to delivering products that create value for customers and support business growth.
Role
In this position, you will:
Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and ongoing optimization.
Partner with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to deliver product enhancements and new capabilities.
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
Translate customer needs and business objectives into product requirements, user stories, and roadmap inputs.
Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop product documentation, training materials, sales enablement content, and stakeholder communications.
Support go-to-market activities and collaborate with commercialization teams to drive customer adoption and growth.
Coordinate across global teams to support the successful execution of strategic product initiatives.
All About You
Experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, analytics, financial services, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to support decision-making.
Ability to gather and translate customer and business requirements into actionable product recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for building products that solve real business problems.
Experience with analytics, data products, business intelligence, or insight-driven solutions is a plus.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
