About the Role

As the Process Manager - People Systems (Workday) you will drive the continuous improvement of People processes, systems and service delivery across Tennis Australia. Working across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data and Reporting, you will lead initiatives from opportunity identification through to design, implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.

Reporting to the Head of People Systems Optimisation, you will maximise the value of Workday as Tennis Australia’s core People platform through process optimisation, new functionality, self-service enablement and best-practice ways of working.

Partnering closely with People, Technology, Finance and business leaders, you will deliver scalable, compliant and user-centric solutions that enhance employee and leader experiences, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

This is a 12-Month Max Term Role

 In this role, you will:

• Lead the review, design and optimisation of People processes across HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Reporting.
• Drive Workday and People systems improvements, from requirements gathering through to implementation and release readiness.
• Partner with stakeholders across People, Technology, Finance and the broader business to identify and deliver process enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement and change activities to support the adoption of new ways of working.
• Develop training, communications, process documentation and user support resources to build capability and improve user experience.
• Establish governance frameworks, monitor process performance and ensure alignment with operating model requirements.
• Use data, insights and user feedback to identify opportunities, measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, delivering sustainable improvements and business outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR Operations, Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement, or HR Transformation environments.
•  Demonstrated experience optimising HR processes within Workday or a comparable cloud-based HCM platform.
• Experience leading process redesign, standardisation and system improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across People, Technology, Finance and business functions.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders to define requirements, future-state processes and improvement opportunities.
• Managing interdependencies across People, Technology and operational teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of process improvement, service design and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or similar frameworks.

 Additional Requirements

• Hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Flexibility to support occasional out-of-hours activities associated with Tennis Australia events and operations.
