About the role
The Marketing & Communications team requires short-term operational support during a high-demand event period. Working with the internal team and external contractors, the role will coordinate priority activities and maintain operational systems.
This hands-on role covers event administration and support, workflow tracking, shared-drive organisation, documentation and establishing simple, sustainable systems that improve workflow, record-keeping and continuity beyond the contract period.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate timelines, stakeholder lists, meeting notes, run sheets, approvals and event documentation.
- Help to set up and maintain simple workflows and trackers within the Airtable project management platform, for events, campaigns, briefs, content and other Marketing & Communications priorities.
- Organise content, images and updates from across the organisation to support Content Creation Specialist.
- Create templates, work-in-progress notes and action trackers.
- Support with gathering and consolidating inputs for event wrap-ups, campaign reporting, monthly updates and CEO or Board reporting as required.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, event, project or team administration in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to organise and prioritise workflows, managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Document management, including establishing practical filing structures, naming conventions and templates.
- Accurate preparation of meeting notes, trackers, reports and handover documentation.
- Work with limited supervision and deliver operational improvements.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis NSW
