We are looking for experienced Business Process Senior Consultants (Senior Associate level) to join our Process Excellence & Intelligence team in Athens, within our broader Business Operations team. Our mission is to help clients understand, reimagine, and continuously improve their operations through business-led and data-driven approaches, supported by technology, that deliver measurable and sustainable benefits. 

Our team supports organizations across a range of sectors, including Energy, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and the Public Sector, throughout their operational excellence transformation journey - from strategy to execution. We help our clients achieve superior customer experiences, greater cost efficiency, productivity gains, and sustainable improvements in organizational performance. 

Make a real impact   

Client Engagements & Business Development 

• Own project deliverables, analyses, and presentations on client-facing engagements
• Contribute to opportunity shaping, proposal development, and statements of work

Process Analysis & Design 

• Analyze and document existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Map process hierarchies, process steps, roles, systems, and interdependencies
• Develop business blueprints and design transformation solutions using BPMN 2.0 standards 
• Leverage process mining and AI-driven insights to uncover hidden patterns, benchmark performance, and identify high-impact improvement opportunities

Strategic Translation & Optimization 

• Lead client workshops to assess practices, identify improvement opportunities, and co-create the desired future state
• Translate business requirements and complex operational data into business-focused recommendations to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, productivity, automation and overall organizational performance. 
• Define, monitor, and evaluate process performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Support transformation and automation initiatives with digital tools and platforms. 

Implementation & Leadership 

• Support clients throughout the implementation and adoption of new processes, operating models, and enabling technologies. 
• Collaborate effectively across teams, clients, and other stakeholders to build trusted relationships. 
• Supervise and coach junior team members on assignment delivery 

What you bring matters    

• Excellent academic background from a top-tier university with a background in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Management or relevant discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in business process management, operational excellence, business transformation, analytics, or a professional services environment
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is required
• Proven experience in assessing, improving and designing business processes with an operational excellence focus utilizing business process management softwares (e.g. Signavio, ARIS)
• Proficiency in MS-Office and professional presentation design
• Demonstrated ability to work with data and business intelligence tools such as Celonis and SAP Signavio Process Intelligence 
• Understanding AI and process mining applications from a business perspective, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into operational value
• Understanding workflow, low-code/no-code, and automation technologies, such as Microsoft Power Platform, or equivalent tools, will be considered an advantage
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms
• Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Processes
• Strong organization skills, solid time management, and the ability to multi-task
• Exceptional collaboration, communication and interpersonal skills and a team-player mentality
• Unwavering commitment to providing high-quality work
• Critical thinking, agility, and an aptitude for creative problem-solving
• Military services fulfilled where applicable

Desirable Qualifications 

• MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business, Operations or other related analytical practices
• A relevant professional qualification in Operational Excellence (e.g. Six Sigma Certification)
• A relevant certification in Business Process Management, such as CBPP, CBPA, CBPL, or equivalent
• ERP system knowledge or hands-on experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Entersoft)
