Talent Acquisition Consultant

As part of our continued growth and development, Optimal, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant. The role will focus on attracting, assessing, and securing top talent, with a particular emphasis on recruitment within the Supply Chain and Production sectors.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively search for and source candidates through multiple channels, including online platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, job advertisements, and internal databases.
• Screen CVs and contact candidates for relevant vacancies.
• Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate records and proper documentation.
• Prepare reports, contracts, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate and organize interviews and meetings.
• Apply recruitment best practices and systems to enhance service delivery.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends and market developments.
• Actively participate in all stages of the recruitment cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Previous professional experience in Supply Chain or Production environments is required.
• Previous experience in Recruitment or Customer Service roles will be considered an asset.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong client service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
