About The Role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for Consumer Products – our core products portfolio that millions of property seekers in Vietnam rely on to find their next home.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and execution for Batdongsan’s consumer experience - encompassing Acquisition, Search & Discovery, Engagement, and Retention. You will lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and collaborate across functions to deliver scalable, high-impact outcomes that redefine the real estate journey.

This role is based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City with flexible working arrangements and reports to the Head of Product, PropertyGuru Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Ownership: Define and own the product strategy for core consumer experiences, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Product Development: Build and continuously improve consumer-facing features such as AI conversational search, recommendations and personalization to deliver seamless and engaging user journeys.
• Growth & Engagement: Drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through product-led initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Experimentation & Optimization: Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, improve user experience, and optimize key product metrics.
• Market & User Insights: Develop a deep understanding of user behaviors, needs, and pain points across the property journey. Translate insights into clear product opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operation teams to ensure seamless execution and successful adoption of product initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management: Clearly communicate product vision, performance, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
• Strong product sense and user empathy, with the ability to translate complex user needs into simple and effective solutions
• Experience in growth, engagement, or marketplace products is highly preferred
• Solid analytical skills, with hands-on experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
