Principal Broker - FINPRO

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Financial Lines / FINPRO team at Marsh. This role will be based in Brisbane. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a principal broker role focused on large and complex FINPRO accounts. You will support other brokers across new business, existing portfolios and major client engagements, while helping shape opportunities in the market. There is also scope to oversee Account Executives as the team continues to grow.

We will count on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of large and complex FINPRO clients, including day-to-day service, new business activity and renewal strategy

• Lead client meetings, board presentations and tender submissions with clear, practical advice

• Assess client structures, programmes and contractual requirements to design appropriate insurance solutions

• Work closely with other brokers and Account Executives to coordinate delivery and support team priorities

• Identify and develop new opportunities in the market, particularly where tenders or ongoing placements are expected

• Apply broad industry knowledge and well-developed FINPRO expertise to complex client needs across different sectors

What you need to have:

• Demonstrated experience in FINPRO or Financial Lines insurance, with exposure to complex client programmes

• Proven ability to manage large accounts and work confidently with senior stakeholders

• Experience analysing client contracts, business structures and insurance requirements to develop suitable solutions

• A collaborative approach with the capability to support brokers and guide client service delivery
