This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded pricing professional who thrives on data, market insights, and stakeholder collaboration. You'll work closely with commercial, product, finance, and operations teams to develop pricing frameworks that support growth, drive profitability, and strengthen our market position.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and implement pricing strategies for customs brokerage services across the Area.
Maintain and govern tariff structures, ensuring consistency and transparency across customer segments and service offerings.
Support the evolution of competitive and profitable pricing models aligned with the broader customs and logistics strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry pricing developments.
Conduct regular benchmarking analyses to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
Identify opportunities to optimize pricing structures and enhance profitability.
Provide pricing guidance and strategic recommendations to Business Development teams.
Support customer opportunities, RFIs, and RFQs through robust pricing models and commercial analysis.
Evaluate profitability, cost drivers, and margin performance to support informed business decisions.
Work closely with Pricing Managers, Product teams, Finance, and Operations colleagues across regions.
Share market insights, best practices, and pricing intelligence.
Contribute to the development of a consistent global pricing framework for customs services.
What We're Looking For
Experience in pricing, commercial analytics, finance, or related roles within logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain environments.
Proven experience developing pricing strategies, cost models, or commercial analyses.
Experience supporting commercial teams in complex, service-based organizations.
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
Solid understanding of pricing methodologies, revenue management, and profitability analysis.
Ability to transform data and market insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
Knowledge of logistics, customs brokerage, and international trade services.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
