Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite technical support for incidents and service requests requiring physical intervention.
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, meeting room technology, and related peripherals.
- Deliver high-quality support for Microsoft 365, Windows environments, standard applications, and workplace technology.
- Manage hardware lifecycle activities, including deployment, inventory management, refresh, repair coordination, and decommissioning.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of networking, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, cabling, and local infrastructure components.
- Support technology deployments, office moves, upgrades, and other local IT projects.
- Provide professional support to employees at all levels, including executive and VIP stakeholders, while ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
Who we are looking for
- Experience providing onsite IT support, workplace technology support, or infrastructure support within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, desktop hardware, printers, and end-user device troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, LAN, and structured cabling.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high service standards and meeting agreed service levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- A proactive, self-directed approach with strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant technical education, certifications, ITIL knowledge, or equivalent practical experience are considered an advantage.

- Compensation: USD $29.00 to $33.00 per hour
