Job Description

We are looking for an experts with experience in managing IP partnerships, demonstrates strong PR agency management skills, brings extensive media experience as digital native for global brands in India.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic communication and partnership marketing strategy to deliver positive business impacts

• Take a lead role in developing sustainable communicaiton ecosystem including owned/earned media

• Establish robust communiation plan to increase LEGO’s SOV among target audiences

• Demonstrate to work with both internal and external key stakeholders

• Develop and present business recommendations to leadership as necessary.

• Track and analyze business performance versus plan, and make real-time adjustments.

Do you have what it takes?

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in consumer brand marketing (ideally with kids / family products).

• Strong understanding “Audience First/Digital First” approaches and solid experiences in developing holistic marketing communications plans in collaborations Marketing and Sales team.

• Proven track of success in planning and executing PR and Partnership Marketing strategy (including Event) in a fast paced environment

• Results orientated with successful experience in decision making, analytics, and time management.

• Effective relationship builder and negotiator who can collaborate across functions and business units

• Effective presentation and writing skills with the ability to convey a compelling and concise message and to engage and inspire colleagues

• Ability to work in complex organizations with constraints on processes, resources and flexibilities

• Takes own initiative in making recommendations.
