Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Jensen Beach, Florida

Salary: $88,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Volume: Approximately 1–2 patients per hour

Job Description

We're seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who has already worked in an outpatient setting and is comfortable managing orthopedic patients from evaluation through discharge. You'll be working with people who want to move better, get stronger, recover after surgery, or return to activities that have become difficult because of an injury or musculoskeletal condition.

What You'll Handle

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment needs
• Develop practical goals based on the patient's condition and daily activities
• Provide exercise-based orthopedic rehabilitation
• Address strength, flexibility, mobility, and movement control
• Use hands-on techniques when appropriate for the patient
• Check progress and change treatment when needed
• Review and update home exercise programs
• Educate patients about movement and activity during recovery
• Complete progress notes and other required documentation
• Prepare patients for discharge when therapy goals have been met

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) License
• DPT or MSPT Degree
• Previous outpatient PT experience
• Experience with orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
