What would you do? • The Performance Management Analyst is responsible for end to end delivery of Performance and Career Management services for assigned clients. The role involves direct interaction with client stakeholders and employees through email, calls, and collaboration tools, ensuring accurate execution of performance processes, compliance with policies, and high customer satisfaction. • The analyst acts as a subject matter expert, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures data integrity and confidentiality at all times. • Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Talent Management • Bachelors degree in any discipline. Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred. • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings
Roles and Responsibilities: • Interact with client stakeholders and employees to manage Performance Management related requests end to end. • Read, analyze, and execute client processes as per defined business rules and local work instructions. • Execute transactions accurately and within agreed SLAs. • Support goal setting, performance evaluation cycles, and administrative performance activities. • Identify, analyze, and resolve process exceptions and data issues. • Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions. • Maintain and update process documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements. • Support Team Lead with daily reporting, metrics, and management operating system updates. • Propose process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls. • Participate in knowledge transfers, internal initiatives, and team building activities. • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, confidentiality, and client security requirements. • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Strong understanding of Performance and Career Management processes. • Working knowledge of HR operations and performance metrics including KPIs and SLAs. • Experience with HR systems. Workday exposure preferred. • Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills. • High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Customer centric mindset with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
